Our range all incorporate ThermoWeldTech PVC, which has been rigorously tested and approved for extreme temperatures ranging from -30°C to 70°C. Unlike traditional glued seams, the tubes are thermo-welded, meaning they don’t just hold together, they become one unified structure, offering superior strength, durability, and long-term reliability.
The high-performance PVC features enhanced UV and abrasion resistance, constructed from 0.7mm, 1100 dtex high-density polyester, ensuring resilience in demanding marine environments.

TermoWeldTech PVC Approvals
Jointly developed by WavEco and Waveline, the TermoWeldTech PVC has been tested and approved for use down to -30 Degree Celsius and up to 70 Degree Celsius. Ensuring that they handle such extremes, WavEco boats’ seams are now Thermo welded, meaning that the tubes aren’t glued together acting as one but instead have become one. In addition to all of this, the WavEco PVC has a better level of UV and abrasion resistance, ensuring peace of mind.
