Returns Policy

We try to be as flexible when we can, if you have an issue with any product we have supplied then please ring or email us. We work on a back to base return policy and we only accept returns with an authorised returns number. Once it's back with us we will resolve the issue as quick as we can (normally withing 2 working days). We are bound to our suppliers own terms and sometimes we have to wait longer than we hope, if this is the case, we will do everthing we can to reduce the impact on you and your customer.

Please note: If you are an end user who has bought one of our products through one of our customers, you will need to contact them to resolve your issue, it may well end back with us but we need to manage the process through our customer.

Warranty periods are as per our suppliers specifications, if in doubt, let us know and we can advise.

Shipping

Our shipping costs are so convoluted we couldn't even write all the permutations down!

Essentially, Orders over £275 benefit from FOC carriage (UK Mainland), if you order on this website it's only £225 to get free carriage! If your order value is below the threshold for free carriage it's £9.50 (correct Sep 18).

If you are in the Highlands, Islands or Irelands, delivery prices are available upon request. We do offer FOC delivery to you as well but it's harder to determine based on value, dimensions, weights and whether the courier is in a good mood or not. We spend a lot of time and effort driving down our shipping costs so we promise it will be highly competitive.

We ship everything on a 48 hr service. 24 hour services are availble in easy to reach areas, Customers in the Highlands, Islands and Irelands are going to be 2/3 days and will rely on when an order is received.

We are pleased to say we ship 95% of orders received by 3pm on the same day.
