With a buoyancy rating of 180 N, it is offered in 2 versions of durable protective cover:

  • in orange or yellow PVC double-coated fabric.
  • in black fireproof cordura fabric.

    • This cover provides effective protection against wear and tear during activities such as recreational sport fishing or professional fishing, as well as for industrial applications. The Pilot 180 lifejacket is ISO 12402-3 certified, guaranteeing its safety and reliability.

    An innovative lifejacket:

  • Buoyancy has been increased to 180N to improve rollover efficiency and freeboard for heavy clothing wearers.
  • Ergonomic black collar in polyester fabric with polyurethane coating for improved flexibility.
  • Closing buckle in 316L stainless steel.
  • Bladder in SOLAS-certified fluorescent yellow fabric, coated with polyurethane.
  • Manual inflation sight located at the bottom of the vest, positioned close to the body to prevent accidental snagging.
  • Trigger system with CO2 cylinder anti-unscrew.
  • Double-opening zip, allows quick check of head condition and facilitates maintenance operations.
  • Flame-retardant fabric (EN 15025 compliant), slows fire spread, on vest ref. P200916.
  • Optional anti-burn mask ref. 64950.
