With a buoyancy rating of 180 N, it is offered in 2 versions of durable protective cover:

• in orange or yellow PVC double-coated fabric.
• in black fireproof cordura fabric.
• This cover provides effective protection against wear and tear during activities such as recreational sport fishing or professional fishing, as well as for industrial applications.
• The Pilot 180 lifejacket is ISO 12402-3 certified, guaranteeing its safety and reliability.

An innovative lifejacket:

• Buoyancy has been increased to 180N to improve rollover efficiency and freeboard for heavy clothing wearers.
• Ergonomic black collar in polyester fabric with polyurethane coating for improved flexibility.
• Closing buckle in 316L stainless steel.
• Bladder in SOLAS-certified fluorescent yellow fabric, coated with polyurethane.
• Manual inflation sight located at the bottom of the vest, positioned close to the body to prevent accidental snagging.
• Trigger system with CO2 cylinder anti-unscrew.
• Double-opening zip, allows quick check of head condition and facilitates maintenance operations.
• Flame-retardant fabric (EN 15025 compliant), slows fire spread, on vest ref. P200916.
