Designed to mount on any 3/16" - 5/16" diameter shroud for tying off halyards when not in use, this Sea-Dog® Halyard Cleat is constructed from UV resistant injection moulded nylon with a corrosion resistant stamped 304 stainless steel mounting plate.

This product is great for tying off flag halyards, solar showers, awnings, topping lifts, radar reflectors, antennas, and more.
