Suited to standard sizes of tubing and a variety of marine plumbing applications, TruDesign's Aquavalve Straight Tails are part of the most versatile valve group on the market today - the TruDesign Aquavalves. These Tails come with a thicker Blue Seal, allowing the fitting to be rotated to a more suitable position, if required and can be used on a range of products, such as the Aquavalve, the Aquavalve through Bulkhead, the Electronic Aquavalve, or the 3-Way Connector.

• Chemical Resistant - Unaffected by diesel, petrol, houshold chemicals, and antifouling paints
• Corrosion Free - Long life with no decreased performance due to corrosion or electrolysis
• Large Operating Range - Suitable for all marine conditions from -40°C to +110°C
• Quality Finish - High quality surface finish - will not discolour with green film as similar bronze fittings do
• Strong and Lightweight - Manufactured from a glass reinforced nylon composite - high strength without the weight
• UV Resistant - Will not degrade or discolour from the sun's ultraviolet rays
• The use of 2 hose clamps is recommended by TruDesign for secure hose fittings
• TruDesign's Aquavalve Accessories use a 1 1/2" BSP parallel thread for securing the fitting - this is matched to the same thread on the body of Aquavalve. The thread is not used for sealing and a thermoplastic rubber seal provides the sealing function.
• The Aquavalve and accessories are suitable for use in the USA, even though they are not NPS compatible. These parts form a self contained unit and are not required to interface with other components
• It is recommended that other fittings are not used, as they may interfere with the operation or the sealing of the Aquavalve. This product is not recommended for use with Ball Valves.
